I did not like the hotel
Very very dirty, they smoke a lot in side, very old and broken at places and very noisy.

Had a great time at this hotel during my Christmas stay. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance - shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The best part was the comfortable bed and clean sheets, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were a few drawbacks. The room was quite small, with limited space for movement.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was big and spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is less than a five minute walk to the beach and local amenities. Breakfast was simple, quick and easy - just what we needed after exploring Bournemouth's night life! Perfect for a girly week away, really enjoyed our stay.
Tea and coffee making equiptment in the rooms would have been nice.

The man at the front desk; sooooo very helpful and full of good ideas and advice.
The hotel is very simple. It is fine for sleeping and watching tv. Don't stay there and expect luxury, it's great for a comfortable place to sleep ;)

We had a fantastic stay at Lynden Court. The value for our money was incredible, with a cheap price for a comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff treated us like family, helping us with recommendations and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better would be a wider variety of hot options.

Close to the Beach, 3 minute walk away.
Not the cleanest of places. The Freeview box had very poor signal. On the last day the Breakfast had not been made for us, almost as if they had forgotten...and dont expect a cooked breakfast of any kind, cereal or toast.

No coffee/tea in room on arrival. Car parking at £4.00 per 24 hours was very expensive and cars packed into space like sardines. No Hot water for a shower in the morning. The hotel advertises itself as "The most friendly hotel in Bournemouth" - I can not imagine where they came up with that!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the sea and town, Lynden Court provided us with a great base to explore. The staff were friendly and eager to assist with our needs. Our room, though basic, had a comfortable bed and a functioning heating system. The self-service breakfast offered a variety of options, including toast, cereals, yogurts, and hot beverages. Despite a few minor maintenance issues and limited parking, the value for money was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Bournemouth.

Be careful to check your room for damage with the owner prior to handing over the £100 damage deposit. There was a light switch damaged in our room that they attempted to blame us for.

Friendly staff, made exception for children on weekend. Limited breakfast options, could have more choice like fruit and croissants. Good location, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great value for money. Easy budget stay, heating stays on. Clean rooms, helpful staff, even opened the bar for us. Highly recommended.
